Humanities Knowledge Exchange Extension Funding Call Michaelmas 2017

Humanities Knowledge Exchange Extension Funding: Call for Michalemas 2017

As a former KE Fellow, we hope you will continue to engage with your partnership beyond the end of the project funded through the Fellowship. With this in mind, the Division has allocated additional HEIF money to support continuation work on the external partnerships and collaborations you created during your fellowship.

There is up to about £2k available per project, depending on the volume of demand. Please note that the funds must be spent by 31 July 2018 or they will have to be returned to the University.

We leave it up to you to suggest how these funds are best used to enhance your project outcomes, but you can consider whether you might like to undertake some evaluation of the outcomes of your fellowship (liaising with Charlotte Medland, the Division’s Impact and Evaluation Officer), organising additional events, creating multimedia content for a website such as short podcasts and so on.

We will also be commissioning a second series of KE case studies following the successful completion of a first set over the summer; an example is here

Please upload your proposals (250 words max.) and complete the financial details in the online form. Please indicate clearly what you believe will be the tangible and intangible benefits that arise through this additional support.

Proposals should be submitted via IRAMS
Any question please email:

Deadline is the 2nd November 2017, 5 pm.

Individuals will be informed about the outcome by 10th November 2017.

Please get in touch if you would like to discuss your proposal beforehand.
