Lorenzo Greco is Associate Faculty Member at the Faculty of Philosophy, Oxford. From 2012 to 2014 he was Marie Curie Fellow at the University of Oxford, and Junior Research Fellow at Mansfield College, Oxford. In 2008 he published his first book-length study, L’io morale. David Hume e l’etica contemporanea, Napoli: Liguori. His most recent publication is the essay “The Self as Narrative in Hume”, Journal of the History of Philosophy, 53(4) (2015). Lorenzo’s research interests include ethics, moral psychology, political philosophy, and the philosophy of Hume. Lorenzo is currently working on the moral and political philosophy of Bernard Williams, and on a book project on Hume’s ethics of virtue.
