TORCH welcomes new International Officer

The TORCH Team is delighted to welcome Arunima Cheruvathoor as International Officer. Arunima will be working on our International Engagement Programmes and projects.

Global Visiting Fellowships and Professorship Schemes

Arunima finished reading for a MPhil in Global and Area Studies at St Catherine's College, University of Oxford in 2023. Before this, she completed a B.A (Honours) in Political Science (2021), and a diploma in Conflict Transformation and Peacebuilding from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, University of Delhi (2021).

She has previously worked in India and Bangladesh in NGOs, think tanks, and the public sector. Her areas of research are gender and nationalism.
