Critical Theory seminars - Hilary Term

crit theory programme

The Critical Theory seminar runs on Thursdays of Weeks 1-8, from 5 pm to 6:30 pm in the Old Library at All Souls College. (*There is one exception — the Week 1 session with Professor Duncan Bell will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 21, same time and same place.)

Invited speakers include critical theorists working in the Frankfurt School tradition as well as scholars from different disciplinary backgrounds who take a critical approach to social hierarchies. Speakers give a paper for about 45 minutes before we open to audience questions. All welcome. Please see the attached term card for more information.

Please contact Sarah Bufkin at sarah.bufkin@politics.ox.ac.uk with any questions or to be added to the CTS mailing list.
