A severed hand, a scream, an echo. What horrors are waiting at the court at Malfi? 

Experience John Webster’s classic of glamour and gore live online. Creation’s Digital Rep Company presents a new adaptation, in collaboration with TORCH.

Exposing how easily love can slip into madness, The Duchess of Malfi offers a delicious nightmare which plays with the boundaries of life and death, until we are no longer sure what is real. Live performers and audience will be separated in space but connected online as participants, voyeurs and witnesses. 

The production is supported by the TORCH Theatres Seed Fund, and will be accompanied by learning resources for school and university students, many of whom will find The Duchess of Malfi on their syllabuses. A report documenting the production process is also underway.
