The Enlightenment Workshop, Oxford’s interdisciplinary research seminar in Enlightenment studies, is dedicated this term to discussions of new publications in the field.  The launch session is focussed on The Enlightenment: The Pursuit of Happiness, 1680-1790, a major new interpretation by Ritchie Robertson, the Schwarz-Taylor Professor of German at Oxford.
