Humanities Coding Club

peer

The club is for anyone who is using/experimenting with digital methods for their Humanities research, or thinking of doing so. Anyone with expertise to share is also very welcome.

Library staff will provide books and resources for self-guided learning for a range of different types of coding, from html and css, to R and Ruby. However, this is intended to be a peer-support group, and will be closely aligned to the student-led DH Seminars, which are expected to run on Thursday lunchtimes in even weeks of term.

The club is complemented by a SharePoint site, with all members able to add resources and recommendations, as well as make use of the discussion board.
