The Medical Humanities writing group is holding a full-day writing boot-camp on 7-8 December.
Schedule and Locations:
7th December: Colin Matthew Room, Radcliffe Humanities Building
8th December: Seminar Room, 47 Banbury Road
The event brings together interdisciplinary DPhils and early career researchers in history, politics, social sciences, law, bioethics, and population health sciences.
The group will have timed writing blocks, punctuated by short exercises in goal setting and mindfulness. We hope the event will help us continue to build interdisciplinary connections in the medical humanities – and get some writing done before the holidays.
For more information or to register for this and other “MedHum” writing group events, please contact Dr. Janelle Winters of the Centre for the History of Science, Medicine and Technology at Janelle.winters@history.ox.ac.uk.
