This event is an invitation-only academic network meeting as part of the AHRC funded research project Black Female Intellectuals in the Historical and Contemporary Context, which is led by Dr Rebecca Fraser (Senior Lecturer in American Studies, School of Art, Media and American Studies, University of East Anglia) and Dr Imaobong Umoren (Assistant Professor, Department of International History, London School of Economics).
