Armitage
Poet, playwright, lyricist, translator and broadcaster, Armitage has won numerous awards for his work including a prestigious Ivor Novello Award. He was elected Professor of Poetry at Oxford University in 2015. Armitage will be joined on stage by the winners of our regional poetry competition, which invited young people to respond creatively to the theme of Gratitude.
