You are welcome to a poetry reading event by Dario Iza Pilaquinga, an Andean poet and community leader of pueblo Kitukara of Kichwa nation, Ecuador. His first book of poems is called ‘Somos’.
On this occasion, Dario will read poetry from his book Resistencia: Levantamiento Indígena y Popular, Junio 2022. This book is a chronological account in verse of the 18 days of the plurinational Indigenous and popular mobilisation in Ecuador in June 2022.
