Poetry workshop - "Lyric". We will read and write lyric poetry, thinking in particular about poems which have been set to music.
In Numbers is a new eight-part programme of panel discussions and poetry workshops exploring how mathematics underpins the historical mind of Oxford. In odd weeks we will hear from leading academics on the ways in which mathematics interacts with the humanities. In even weeks, poetry workshops will draw on these discussions.
