Please join the University of Oxford for an afternoon of interactive presentations and networking focussed on women's and girls' health and equality.
About this Event
This Symposium will provide a forum to consider how the University can best generate much-needed improvements in women's and girls' health and equality worldwide. The event will end with a panel discussion led by the Vice-Chancellor.
Spaces are limited, so please register by 26 September.
The Women's Health Symposium has three principal aims:
1) To highlight examples of research related to women's and girls' health currently being conducted across the University
2) To discuss the potential for greater transdisciplinary collaboration in the field
3) To outline the vision for an Institute for Women’s Health in Oxford, focussed on ending health care inequalities for women and girls in both high- and low-income contexts
Please send any enquiries to womenssymposium@wrh.ox.ac.uk.
