Bianca Schlawin
Research Facilitator
Dr Bianca Schlawin is the Research Facilitator for the Faculties of Classics, Philosophy, and the Ruskin School of Art. Before joining Oxford University in 2017, she worked at the University of Freiburg as a Research Assistant within the CRC 1015, and co-founded the online journal www.mussemagazin.de.
Bianca holds a PhD in Slavonic Studies from the University of Freiburg, where she worked on women, leisure, and idleness in 19th-Century Russian Literature, and an MA in Slavonic Studies and East European History from the University of Cologne. She speaks German, English, Russian, Slovak and French.
