Caitlin Bond

Caitlin Bond is in her second year, studying German and Spanish at Magdalen College, Oxford, and is particularly interested in modern literature, especially those forms which are relatively new in terms of their entry into mainstream reception, such as film and graphic novels. This year, part of her studies will include graphic adaptations of German literary narratives, but she was introduced to graphic novels through the works of more well-known authors, such as Art Spiegelman, Alison Bechdel, and Joe Sacco.
