Andrea Martini graduated in History at the University of Padua in 2013 and he pursued his doctorate at the University L’Orientale of Naples in 2017. His doctoral research focuses on the Italian transition from fascism to democracy (Dopo Mussolini, Viella 2019).
Currently he is a post-doctoral researcher at the University of Padua; he is studying the history of that university with a gender perspective and is a member of a team, which have the goal to built an open access database of students and scholars. At the same time, he is interested in studying the development of Fascism after WWII with a transnational approach and the help of mobility studies.
