Theo Maarten van Lint

Co-Founder of the Oxford Network for Armenian Genocide Research

Theo Maartin van Lint (PhD Leiden, 1996) is Calouste Gulbenkian Professor of Armenian Studies at the University of Oxford (2002-). His research currently comprises the letters of Grigor Pahlawuni Magistros (11th c.), the poetry and mysticism of Grigor Narekac‘i (10th c.), and the reception of Ezekiel’s throne vision in Armenian literature and art. He is editor, together with Professor Valentina Calzolari (Geneva) of the series Armenian Texts and Studies (ARTS), published by Brill, Leiden.
