Tom McGowan (GSMD)

Thomas McGowan is originally from southwest London, Thomas McGowan (baritone) is currently a second year masters student in vocal studies the Guildhall School of Music and Drama studying under Robert Dean since 2021. Prior to his studies at the Guildhall, Thomas read Music at Christ Church Oxford where he was a choral scholar at the cathedral. Since returning to London Thomas has been involved in several recital projects both at the guildhall and around venues in London. In the spring of 2022 Thomas was a finalist in the inaugural Keith Bonnington competition for male singers where he was accompanied by Benjamin Collyer. In September, Thomas is delighted to be joining the Guildhall Opera School.
