Next Monday, at 1pm, the Discussion Group is excited to be able to welcome Yousif M. Qasmiyeh for a discussion of, and reading from, his acclaimed poetry collection Writing the Camp (2021). This event will take place online (Microsoft Teams), and will require registration. Please see the events page for more details.
This week, we welcomed Stefano Evangelista, and a panel including Patrick McGuinness, Galin Tihanov, Aoife Cantrill, and Matthew Reynolds, to celebrate and discuss Evangelista’s most recent book, Literary Cosmopolitanism in the English Fin de Siècle: Citizens of Nowhere (Oxford University Press, 2021). This Special Session of our Discussion Group drew a fantastic audience, and featured a timely conversation. Thank you to everyone who came!
